Pricing and errors

Duties and taxes

We ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) to the United States, United Kingdom, Norway, Saudi Arabia, and all EU countries.

All other destinations ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Prices shown for DDU destinations exclude local duties and taxes. As the recipient, you are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, and local sales taxes required to release the shipment.

Delivery charges

The delivery charge is fixed per order, regardless of size or weight, and is shown at checkout. If your order ships in multiple deliveries, we will not charge additional delivery fees. Prices in store and online may vary.

Ordering and contract

Orders can be placed only at www.virtuethelabel.com.

After you place an order, we will send an order confirmation email if you provided an email address. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will inform you and issue a refund to your original payment method. If alternative arrangements are required, we will contact you by email.

Order processing and delivery

We handle orders with care and ship as quickly as possible, typically in the order received. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates; unexpected events (including customs checks) may extend them. We work closely with our carriers to minimize delays.

You’ll receive an order-confirmation email after checkout. When your parcel ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation with tracking and an estimated delivery date.

If your order has not arrived by the estimated date, please contact Customer Support within 30 days of the order date (via our contact page). After this period, we’re unable to file a lost-parcel claim.

Once an order has been successfully placed,we cannot issue changes or cancellations on the order. When you have received your unwanted order, please return this back in accordance with our returns policy.

Return window: You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

• Refunds: Once your parcel is processed at our warehouse, we refund to your original payment method. For full-order returns, we also refund the standard outbound delivery cost (where applicable). For partial returns, delivery costs are not refunded.
  
• How to return: Use the included Return label, and follow the instructions.
  
• Item condition: Items must be in the same condition as received - unused, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags and accessories attached. Trying on indoors is fine.
  
• Return fee: In certain countries/markets, a return fee may be deducted to cover freight. If applicable, this will be shown or communicated at the time of return.
  
• Timing: We issue refunds within 14 days of receiving your return at our warehouse. If an item is defective, notify us promptly and return it using the steps above—we will refund the item and applicable delivery/return costs.
  
• Order errors: We may cancel an order prior to delivery in the event of errors on the site (e.g., pricing, description, availability). Your statutory rights are not affected.
  
• Cancel a purchase: You may cancel by emailing the completed cancellation form to our Customer Support team—no need to mail a hard copy.

Credit & Debit Card

By placing an order, you confirm the card is yours or you are authorized to use it. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and issuer authorization. At checkout, choose PayPal to log in on PayPal’s site, review the amount, and select Pay Now. You will return to axelarigato.com after completion. The amount is charged to your PayPal account immediately.
